The customer portal is full of information relevant to your specific requirements and leads the way for a transparent, approachable and professional service between us and you.

Communication with our customers is essential and we want our residents to feel connected with us. With community at the heart of our project, effective communication has always been the catalyst for our customer portal.

You can access the portal on any Apple or Android device.

You can also log in via the portal website link. At Burnham Waters, we’ve designed our app to offer you ultimate convenience and endeavour to make your retirement living transition as easy as possible.
