We will hold your chosen retirement bungalow at Burnham Waters for an agreed time frame – typically this is four weeks.
What if my existing property doesn't sell?
If your existing property hasn't sold within our agreed timeframe, we will review the situation and make recommendations to you.
Can I withdraw from using the Assisted Move service?
Yes, you can withdraw from the service at any time. However, your new home may no-longer be reserved.
